How does it work?

I an refrigerated environment water molecules move constantly through the air. Contaminants such as bacteria, ethylene, acetic acid, molds and yeasts are attracted to the water molecules. These contaminants bind to the water molecules naturally. These contaminated water molecules now move around in the cold room.

HumiBac Filters are placed strategically where the airflow in the unit is at its most. The contaminated water molecules are then absorbed by the HumiBac Filter installed in your cold room. Once absorbed the microscopic, crystalline pores of the mineral in the HumiBac Filter acts as a molecule sieve, preventing the contaminants from being released again.

The HumiBac Filters then releases purified water molecules back into the air leaving the atmosphere in the unit crisp and clean.
